City of Hill City Council meets November 5th

(Hill City, MN) — The City of Hill City Council moved their regular Tuesday meeting, in observance of Election Day, to gather on Thursday at 6pm from the Hill City Fire Hall.
The Council will head from the City Department before moving to Old Business matters including an update on CARES Fund from Deputy Clerk Tami Meyer. The 3rd Reading of the Personnel Policy with final approval to take place at the November 24th meeting and review of the Budget/Levy will also occur. Hill City Police Chief Josh Kimble will present to the Council the opportunity to install stop signs at the intersections of Cedar Street & Greenfield Avenue and Main Street & Henrietta Avenue.
On the agenda for New Business will be approval of 2021 Liquor Licenses. Head of Maintenance George Casper will bring to the Council matters of renting a boom lift, water meter discussion, and a pump replacement. Council members will also discuss a bid for cleaning of the Hill City Fire Hall and review the 3rd Quarter Budget.
The City of Hill City Council will meet at 7pm on Thursday from the Hill City Fire Hall.
