One month removed from November’s re-election, Minnesota 3A Representative Rob Ecklund joined The Morning Show on Friday. In the midst of the second state-wide shutdown of 2020, a cry for help from small businesses has the ear of Governor Tim Walz. Rep. Rob Ecklund explained how a budget surplus may factor into aiding Minnesota’s susceptible small businesses.
Coronavirus testing facilities have been a point of emphasis throughout the state in the past few months, and Rep. Ecklund says that he’s pushing to bring a clinic to the borderland.
A caucus is scheduled for Friday at 1 p.m. An aid package will be discussed in addition to issues that may find agreement between the DFL and Republican parties. One such issue, Ecklund shares, is the potential re-opening of health centers.
