Former Wildlife Management officer Dave Dickey chats about Grey Wolf, Crossbows

(Aitkin, MN) — Hunting from the State Legislative perspective and other change-in-the-weather information was included with Former DNR Wildlife Management officer Dave Dickey.

As we began our conversation, Dickey did mention some traction with Grey Wolf Hunts and recent support from a neighboring state.

Recent State legislative activity also presented possible changes to the state regulations of crossbow use during the archery deer hunting season.

Dickey did also mention anglers buying their combination license for the open water season, will have to go a couple of extra steps to receive the license.
