Aitkin Public School Board meeting discusses Capital Projects Levy, Land Purchase

(Aitkin, MN) — The Aitkin Public School Board held a Work Session meeting Monday night for updates and discussion on the Capital Projects Levy and Winter and Spring Coaches from the High School Media Center.

Aitkin Schools Superintendent Dan Stifter spoke before the Board on the next steps with ICS concerning the potential new school building.

The Board is still working on finalizing specific numbers for the Capital Projects Levy for Technology, Transportation, and other District needs.

The Aitkin School Board also will be making decisions on Winter Coaches Salaries and adding Junior High Softball and Girls Golf coaches at their regular meeting coming up on Monday, April 19th at 7pm.
