MnDOT to hold virtual public sessions on electric vehicles May 17-26

(Minnesota) — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will have 6 virtual public engagement sessions next week for the public to learn how electric vehicles fit into transportation needs for communities.
The sessions will be May 17-26 and will allow participants to hear MnDOT’s plans for electric vehicles and have an opportunity to share ideas about how more Minnesotans can benefit from the technology.
General Sessions will take place Tuesday, May 18th from 5-6:30pm; Thursday, May 19th from 6:30-8pm; Saturday, May 22nd from 9:30-11am. Topic Specific Sessions will be Monday, May 17th from 2-3:30pm covering EV delivery trucks, semis and buses; Tuesday, May 25th from 10-11:30am will be on EV charging; and Wednesday, May 26th from 11:30am-1pm covers EV passengers cars and trucks.
