State Changes Written Driver’s License Locations

Due to the pandemic, the state has reduced written driver’s license test locations. In our area, the closest locations currently are Bemidji and Detroit Lakes. Polk County Commissioners are applying to become a proctor to administer written tests in Crookston according to Commissioner Joan Lee.

Polk County Commissioner Joan Lee says things are easing back to normal with most county employees having returned to in the office and some meetings being held in person.
