Energy Efficiency and Agriculture Tour on CLC-Staples campus

(Staples, MN) — Central Lakes College Staples Campus, in partnership with the Sustainable Farming Association-Central Chapter and Minnesota Farmer Union, are inviting a wide range of individuals to network and gain experience and knowledge in clean energy technology and finance on June 20th.
The “Energy Efficiency and Agriculture Tour” will include a tour of the CLC-Staples campus solar array, indoor food pod, and legacy garden. There will also be opportunities to talk with a farmer living with solar energy at their farm, solar energy experts, energy bill readings, and a free lunch.

The Tour is organized in collaboration with the University of Minnesota Extension’s Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships, Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs), Region Five Development Commission and Central Lakes College.
