NW 4th Street Closure and Signal Light Outage
Brainerd, MN — Starting on Monday, July 12, 2021, the signal light at the intersection of Highway 210 (Washington Avenue) and NW 4th Street will be disabled to upgrade the signal system. East – west traffic on Highway 210 will be able to pass through the light without stopping. Traffic on NW 4th Street between Highway 210 and Charles Street will be limited to northbound traffic turning east on Highway 210. All other NW 4th Street traffic will be detoured. The roadway is expected to be closed through the Thursday July 15th. The City of Brainerd will send an official notice of the re-opening when construction is complete.
The purpose of this notice is to let you know of this work and to provide advance notice to emergency services to be aware of possible slow traffic or closed roadways. Please drive with caution when in a construction zone and expect traffic delays and detours during this construction phase.
