Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School Facility Project on Pace for Mid-August Completion
Waubun, MN — The building expansions at the Waubun and Ogema Schools appears to moving along nicely and is expected to be completed by mid-August. The Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School District is in the final stages of their $7.7 million dollar facility project that was approved by voter last fall. Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Superintendent Lisa Weber says the project is all about updating their facility and adding space for their growing district.
While great progress has been made, Superintendent Weber says there is still a number of items to be completed before the deadline.
The Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School District has also made more investments recently at the School Forest location, which Weber says they plan to now utilize year-round as an additional learning space.
