CJ Holl Takes Over as New Mahnomen County Administrator
Mahnomen, MN — The new Mahnomen County Administrator took over this week and it may be a familiar face to some in the area. CJ Holl began his new position on Monday. Holl has lived in the Ada and Hawley communities, where he owned Subway restaurants and served on the Hawley City Council. Over the years Holl has made the transition from being an elected official to an appointed official, having most recently served as City Administrator in Wells, MN on the southern edge of the state.
Holl believes that his background as a business owner and as a former elected official will give him a unique perspective as an Administrator.
This is Holl’s first gig in County Administration. Moving forward he’s looking forward to that challenge and learning the ropes and intricacies of county government.
Holl replaces former Mahnomen County Administrator Jeff Cadwell, who is now the Hubbard County Administrator.
