(Hill City, MN) — The Hill City School continued on with updates and confirmations on yearly contracts before the start of the 2021-22 school year from last week’s meeting.
We caught up with Hill City Schools Superintendent Pat Rendle about his report to the Board on guidance from the Departments of Health and Education relating to COVID-19 and the beginning of the school year.
Rendle also did mention that Hill City Schools will continue with their plan for in-person learning to start off the year, but will keep in-line with the regulations and plans for other learning methods if needed.
A handful of personnel changes were also made during the July 26th meeting.
The Hill City School Board did hire Laurie Holm as Athletic Director for the 2021-22 school year while also passing the 2nd readings of the Student and Activities Handbooks.
The Hill City School Board is next scheduled to meet on Monday, August 23rd
