C-I Sports Physicals coming next week

(Crosby, MN) — Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and their Family Medicine Physicians are offering sports physicals for grades 7-12 on Tuesday, August 10th from 4-6pm at Crosby-Ironton Schools.

The exam itself will consist of a medical history review, physical exam, hearing and vision checks and immunization review. Cost is $25 per student and checks can be made payable to CRMC, or credit card or cash can be used.

No appointments are necessary and they ask that you enter through the District office doors. Athletes must attend the visit with their parents or guardian. Immunization records are also needed for the physicals.
