Norman-Mahnomen Pubic Health: Vaccine Appointments Available this Week

Ada, MN — Norman-Mahnomen Public Health is still offering opportunities for anyone age 12 and older to get vaccinated. Currently both Norman and Mahnomen County lead the surrounding counties in regards to vaccination rates with both sitting at 63% vaccinated, but with Pfizer recently receiving full FDA approval the hope is that those with doubts about the vaccine may be more likely to get it. Aimee Eggen with Norman-Mahnomen Public Health says COVID-19 cases are rising and encourages community members to make it easier on themselves and others by getting the vaccine.
