Mobile Food Drop In Bagley

North Country Food Bank is offering a Mobile Food Drop to anyone in need with no income requirements on Tuesday, August 31st from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Bagley High School parking lot with drive through distribution. North Country Food Bank in East Grand Forks distributes food to over 230 charitable organizationsin their service area, including food shelves, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, senior community centers, after school programs, and other non-profits that serve those in need, Last year, North Country operated programs that distributed over 7.4 million pounds of food to people in need. North Country Food Bank is a nonprofit organization that was incorporated in 1983. Susie Novak-Boelter is the Executive Director.
Non-profits receive at least 50 percent of the food they distribute from North Country Food Bank and some receive up to 90 percent. Susie Novak- Boelter has statistics on the people they serve.
The Mobile Food Drop is a distribution method established by North Country Food Bank to reach out to rural and underserved areas. The Mobile Food Drop in Bagley is provided by North Country Food Bank, in partnership with Clearwater County Food Shelf. The food drop will take place on Tuesday, August 31st, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the Bagley High School Parking lot.
