Flom Lions Closing in on Goal for Flom Veterans Monument

Flom, MN — The Flom and Area Lions are getting closer to making their proposed Flom Veteran’s Monument a reality. The organization began campaigning for the monument earlier this spring and are close to their goal of $15,000. Pastor Al Brooks of the Flom Area Lions says the monument will represent all branches of the military and will honor the Veterans of the Flom area.

The Flom Veteran’s Monument will be located between an American and Minnesota Flag in front of the Flom Hall, which Brooks says was a natural fit.
