Central Lakes College President Talks Fall Semester, Activities in Full Swing
(BRAINERD, MN) — Fall classes got underway at Central Lakes College last week, so we spoke with Dr. Hara Charlier, the school’s president, to hear about how the semester has started and what the school has to look forward to.
Dr. Charlier first talked about how last week went, noting a record number of attendees at orientations.
She then discussed the school’s approach with COVID-19 this year in comparison to the 2020-2021 academic year.
Of the things the school missed out on during the pandemic last year was fall athletics; specifically, the football and volleyball teams. Charlier talked about Raider Athletics returning and the excitement that has been evident.
Charlier also wanted to highlight some performing arts events coming up at the school.
Every new year brings new academic programs to CLC, and this year is no exception.
As for where to go to learn more about Central Lakes College…
We thank Dr. Charlier for her time. The Central Lakes College website can be found here, and our full interview with Dr. Charlier can be found below.
