CRMC’s Driving for Hospice raises $22k at third annual event

(Deerwood, MN) — The Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and their annual “Driving for Hospice” charity golf tournament surpassed past year’s by raising more than $22,000 at Cuyuna Rolling Hills Golf Course in Deerwood on September 2nd.
29 teams and a total of 116 golfers participated in the 18-hole, best ball scramble. Tournament winners were Holden Electric, Partini and Senior Services. Ryan Stepan won the putting contest and Partini won the best dressed contest.
Driving for Hospice raised $22,453, which bested the 2019 total from $18,570 and the inaugural year raised $16,986. Funds raised from Driving for Hospice go right to providing compassionate care and dignity for terminally ill people and supporting their loved ones with comfort when time matters most.
