Aitkin County Elections for November 2nd

(Aitkin County, MN) — This Tuesday, November 2nd, Aitkin County Residents will head to the polls for two elections for the Aitkin and Hill City School Districts.

The Aitkin Independent School District #1 will have a Capital Projects Levy question of $900.000 for the use of facility and transportations improvements on the ballot. The Levy would also help to maintain current levels of teachers and staff, student services and educational programs.

Aitkin Schools will have three polling places that will be open 7am-8pm. Polling place locations include Journey North Community Church, Glen/Kimberly Town Hall, and Palisade Fire Hall/Community Center.

The Hill City School District will have two open School Board seats on their ballot with the Hill City City Hall being open from 10am-8pm for all Hill City School District voters.Information on Aitkin School polling places and where to find your polling for Election Day can be found with this story at rjbroadcasting.com.
