(Crosby, MN) — The Crosby City Council held a special meeting Monday night with Engineer Phil Martin to decide on a payment request and review City Improvement Projects from the City Hall Council Chambers.

City Engineer Phil Martin first spoke of the final payment to DeChantal Excavating.

The payment was approved by the Council. Martin also went into review of the Downtown Sidewalk Project.
