Aitkin City Council set to meet November 15th

(Aitkin, MN) — The Aitkin City Council will take a moment to recognize a resigned Council member and review any potential application to fill the vacant seat during their regular meeting Monday, November 15th.

The Council will be looking to approve Consent Agenda items of a resolution to Designate Polling Places, a Special Event Permit for the Aitkin Area Chamber of Commerce’s Sip & Stroll and 5K, a pair of resolutions to Authorize Application to the IRRB, and approve a Letter of Engagement to Clifton Larson Allen LLP for the 2021 Audit.

Under the Mayor’s Report, the Council will present a Certificate of Appreciation to Council member Amanda Lowe.

The Administration Report will include review of the Council member applications, which are available at the City Administrative Office or on the City Website, now until November 30th.

The Aitkin City Council meets at 6pm from the Community Room of the Aitkin Public Library tonight.
