MnDOT finishes 2021 construction season with 261 completed projects

(Minnesota) — During the 2021 construction season, the Minnesota Department of Transportation completed a total of 261 road and bridge projects, even under circumstances of a pandemic and drought conditions across the State.

Projects that were completed through MnDOT District 3 in the immediate area through the 2021 Construction Season did include Highway 84 Pine River of replace old structure over Norway Brook with a new, wider bridge, underground utilities and added pedestrian sidewalks and shoulders for bicyclists; Highway 210 Crosby, Ironton with reconstructed and resurfaced road, replaced underground utilities and upgraded sidewalk; and Highway 210 Deerwood to Aitkin with smoothened and repaired 12 miles of concrete road surface and replaced pipes.
