Crosby City Council working on Pump House Point situation during November 22nd meeting

(Crosby, MN) — The Crosby City Council did receive updates on matters relating to Pump House Point and Department requests during their regular meeting from the City Hall Council Chambers from Monday night.

The Council did approve the League of Minnesota cities Liability coverage waiver form with the City of Crosby not waiving their monetary limits.

City Administrator Matthew Hill did provide an update on current standing with the property owners at Pump House Point and the public access to that area.

The Council did give approval for Maxine Fisher for appointment as a Crosby HRA Commissioner. Administrator Hill did notify the Council of the retirement for firefighter Barry Nelson.

Approval was given for Nelson retirement as well as the scheduled computer replacement for the Crosby Police Department for this Spring. Hill also did present a special event request from the Cuyuna Lakes Chamber of Commerce for the 2022 annual Ice Fishing Tournament on Serpent Lakes.

The Council did approve the request from the Chamber.

The Crosby City Council will meet again on Monday, December 13th at 6pm from the City Hall Council Chambers.
