Get Into the Holiday Spirit at the 16th Annual Lake Park Parade of Trees
Lake Park, MN — Quickly shift gears from Thanksgiving to Christmas with this week’s 16th annual Lake Park Parade of Trees at the Lake Park American Legion. There will be more than 30 carefully and creatively decorated trees on display, each with their own theme. Parade of Trees organizer Abby Anderson says area businesses and organizations take a lot of time and effort into crafting their display.
The Lake Park Parade of Trees will be open for viewing starting on Thanksgiving from 4pm to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 7pm and Sunday from 10am until 2pm. Anderson notes that this is a great event for getting into the Holiday spirit.
The cost for admittance is a free will donation, which in turn gets you a collective ornament and a chance to vote on your favorite display.
Visitors can also enjoy complimentary coffee, cider, and Christmas treats while they take in the displays.
