Ada Library Hosting Open House & Holiday Activities to Kick Off Old Fashioned Family Christmas Festival
Ada, MN — The Ada Public Library, part of the Lake Agassiz Regional Library system, will be kicking off the Old Fashioned Family Christmas Festival this week with activities for the whole family. This Tuesday, November 30th, they will be hosting a Holiday open house from 2-6pm with treats, door prizes, and fun activities. Make sure the kids are there at 4:30pm for a holiday themed story time as well. Then on Wednesday, teens and adults are welcome to take part in the first of their monthly watercolor classes, according to Asha Osborn of the Ada Public Library.
Osborn notes that they also have a wide selection of holiday themed books in-house and on the Libby App, and encourages everyone to grab a book, a cup of hot cocoa, and enjoy some holiday reading.
The Ada Public Library is open Tuesdays from 12pm to 8pm, Wednesdays from 10am to 6pm, Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm, and Fridays from 10am until 6pm. Visit the Ada Public Library for information on upcoming events.
