Smiles for Jake, CRMC prepare for three days of ‘A Cuyuna Christmas’ fun, events

(Crosby, MN) — Three full days of holiday fun begins this weekend with “ A Cuyuna Christmas” taking over the Cuyuna Lakes area while also serving as a benefit for the local suicide prevention movement, Smiles for Jake.

In a conversation we had with CRMC Charitable Fund Coordinator Jennifer Podsiadly and Smiles for Jake representative Erik Haapajoki about this partnership.

The Ironton American Legion will host a number of events over the 3 days including Girls Night Out.

Haapajoki noted that a live performance from country group, Tigirlilly will draw the attention of visitors and shoppers.

That live performance will also be a small part for the “Snow Many Smiles” benefit on Saturday after from Crosby Memorial Park.
