(Ironton, MN) — The Ironton City Council meeting from December 15th went into more detail on City guidelines for snow/overflow lot parking concerns and updates on projects from the City Hall Council Chambers.
Brent Katzenberger was back before the Council with colleague Dave Brennan on the 40 acres the City is planning on selling to discuss the potential for the land.
Doug Arndt was also in attendance and spoke to the matter of development that would bring infrastructure to the community.
Both plans will be taken into consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission before a recommendation is made to the Council. Representatives from the Street Department also spoke about the parking restrictions this winter with the City snow/overflow lot.
The Council did set the next meeting date for Wednesday, January 12th at 6pm and began the funding process for the Pickle ball court project.
