Hillsboro City Commission President Terry Sando says they are still working out the final details of the ordinance.
Sando also brought up the topic of snow removal. He notes that they’ve had difficulty getting cars moved or off the street during some of the recent major snow events and they will be looking into strengthening their ordinances to assist with that.
