Ada-Borup-West School Board News & Notes
Ada, MN — More news and notes from last week’s Ada-Borup-West School Board meeting held on Tuesday morning, January 11th. The board held their annual reorganizational meeting and set committee assignments for the year. Ada-Borup-West Superintendent Aaron Cook says there were only a few minor changes.
The board also discussed some potential facility updates. While they aren’t approved yet, Cook says there are a number of items around the school that could use some updates.
And also at this month’s meeting, the Ada-Borup-West School Board approved increasing the substitute teacher pay from $120 to $130 a day.
The school board also accepted the resignations of paraprofessionals Jamie Yokley, Anna Kaste, Zach Pelzman, and Special Education teacher Taylor Johnson and approved hiring Lindsey Keightley-Reinhardt as a paraprofessional.
