City of Ada Seeking Interest from Homeowners in Housing Rehab Grant
Ada, MN — The city of Ada announced this month that their application for a $600,000 Home Rehabilitation Grant has made into the final round. If approved, the grant would allow homeowners to acquire up $25,000 in home rehabilitation projects, such as a new roof, siding, windows, and replacement of other deteriorating features. Now to help give the city an edge in their grant application, Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson says they need to community members to submit interest statements, which are available on the city website.
While low-income residents will likely have priority, Larson adds that those of all incomes are encouraged to apply as they may still qualify for some sort of assistance.
