Rep. Lueck prioritizes budget spending, cash bail overhaul for Legislative Session

(Aitkin, MN) — As the 2022 Legislative Session is underway in St Paul, District 10B State Representative Dale Lueck continues to push relaxing taxes on local organizations as part of his priorities.

Lueck first spoke about how the Session would begin, under normal circumstances.

Governor Tim Walz’s announcement of spending plans for the budget surplus has also adjusted some Legislative plans.

Lueck is keeping his eyes focused on issues relating to the current cash bail system.

Taxing of older adults continues to also be a main concern for Representative Lueck.
