Hillsboro School District Holds Community Facilities Meeting
Hillsboro, ND — The Hillsboro School District held a community listening session on Tuesday morning as they continue to explore their facility needs and the possibility of a new school or renovating their facilities. Hillsboro Superintendent Paula Suda says it was a good opportunity for the community to learn more about the current facilities and provide some feedback on the options in front of them.
Superintendent Suda said it also provided the community stakeholders a chance to express what their interests would be in a new or renovated school if money wasn’t a concern.
Suda says the district has been growing in recent years and trends continue to look positive for the future as well, hence the need for the discussions.
Another community input session is being planned for sometime in the next few weeks where the architect should have some tentative designs for the various options.
