A large advantage in rebounding in the second half helped the Ada-Borup-West Cougars remain undefeated and pick up the road win 64-53 over the Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans. Both teams were missing starters from their lineups and team depth was tested early in the first half with a frenetic pace, foul trouble, and turnovers before an 8-0 run by the Cougars in the final minutes of the first tied the game at 32-32 going into halftime. In the second half the Cougars outrebounded the Titans and built a lead during a five-minute stretch where the Titans were unable to find the bottom of the basket. The lead swelled at high as 13-points and the Cougars withstood a late rally to hold on for the 64-53 final score.

NCE-UH wins C-Team 36-27. ABW wins the JV game 43-24, Baron Odden scored 23 for the Cougars JV.
