Carrington @ Hillsboro Central Valley
Recap
Carrington 14 at Hillsboro Central Valley 38
The Hillsboro/Central Valley Burros took advantage of turnovers and created big plays to defeat the Carrington Cardinals 38-14. After three first half turnovers by the Cardinals, the Burros had three consecutive one-play drives that resulted in Touchdowns, with a Cole Hebl Interception return touchdown sprinkled in, for an early 28-0 lead. Carrington was able to show success moving the ball but struggled to capitalize and finish drives to match the Burro offense. Carrington falls to 0-3 and faces Thompson next week while the Burros, now 2-1, travel to Grafton.
