Dryden at Fort Frances Muskies

The Fort Frances Muskie football team opened their 2022 season against the Dryden Eagles in a game heard on KGHS 1230 AM, 95.3 FM, and rjbroadcasting.com on Friday afternoon.  After a scoreless first half in which the Muskies had the better opportunities, Dryden scored on a 62-yard TD run on the first play from scrimmage in the 3^rd quarter to take a 7-0 lead.  The Eagles would grind on the clock with their running game, but the Muskies had one final opportunity in the final minutes but came up short in a 7-0 loss.  Running back Kel Cameron led the Muskies with 20 carries for 92 yards.  The Muskies travel to Winnipeg on Friday for their 2^nd game of the season.
