Dryden at Fort Frances Muskies

The Fort Frances Muskie girls hockey team hosted Dryden last night at IFK Arena.  The Eagles scored twice in the first period to lead 2-0 after 20 minutes.  Keira Fairington scored 4:40 into the second period for the Muskies and she had one of the assists on Paiten Kinnear’s game tying goal just over 3 minutes later and the second frame ended with the game tied at 2.  Dryden scored 2 goals early in the third period and defeated the Fort 4-2.  The two teams will play again in 2 weeks.  The Muskie boys game vs Dryden was postponed.
