Fort Frances Muskies at Beaver Brae

The Muskie boys also faced Beaver Brae in a game heard on KGHS 1230 AM and 95.3 FM.  Both teams got plenty of work on their special teams as there were 17 penalties called in the game.  Fort Frances would score 3 times in the first period, 3 more in the second, and added a pair of goals in the third to record an 8-1 win.  Grayson Burnell tallied a hat trick as he scored a goal in each frame.  Noah McPherson added a pair of goals including one on a 5 on 3 advantage.  The boys also have a pair of exhibition games against St. Thomas Aquinas on Sunday at IFK.
