Trailing late during sets 2 and 3, the Hatton-Northwood Thunder made the plays to take both sets on their way to the 3-1 victory over the Hillsboro/Central Valley Burros (18-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-18). With the second set being back and forth the Thunder trailed 23-22 before taking the last three point to tie the match at 1-1. The Third set the Thunder trailed 23-18 before coming back to win 25-23 and control the momentum going into the fourth set. The Thunder kept their momentum and took the final set 25-18 for the victory.
