International Falls at Kittson County Central

The Bronco boys hockey team was also on the road on Saturday as they traveled to Hallock to battle Kittson County Central.  Matt Wherley opened the scoring in the first period with assists to Jackson Reiners and Parker Sivonen.  Kittson would tie it in the second and take the lead early in the 3^rd.  It would take until there was 46 seconds left in the game before the Broncos would tie it on Matt Wherley’s second goal of the game.  This one was on the power play assisted by Colin Kostiuk, and it forced overtime.  The Falls would win it with just 40 seconds left as Cody Joslyn scored from the point with the assist going to Parker Sivonen.  Carter McBride got the win in goal recording 26 saves.  The boys are on the road tonight at Hibbing-Chisholm at 7:00.
