The International Falls track and field teams competed at UWS on Saturday in an indoor meet.  For the Bronco boys, it was their first competition of the season and individually, Anthony Scholler placed 5 in the 800 meter run while Wyatt Jantzen took 7th in the 60 meter hurdles.  The 4 x 800 relay of Scholler, Colton Hollis, Jantzen, and Adrion Mannausau took 4th and the 4 x 400 relay of Scholler, Hollis, Braden Skifstad, and Mannausau grabbed 8th.

 

 

For the Bronco girls, they placed 2nd as a team with 91.5 points, just two back of the winner, GNK.  The Falls placed 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th in the pole vault with Ryan Ford, Quianna Ford, Dianne LaVoy, and Keira Hesseldahl.  Abby Hutchinson, Piper Tomczak, and Nora Sullivan went 1st, 2nd, and 5th in the high jump.  Maddie Lowe took 3rd in the 400 meter run. Loralei Ford third in the 3200 meter run. Abby Hutchinson 5th in the 1600 meter run and 5th for Nora Sullivan in the triple jump, and 5th for Ryan Ford in the 400 meter run.  The 4 x 800 relay team of Sullivan, Bailey Herberg, Ryan Ford, and Hutchinson finished 2nd.   Herberg, Hutchinson, Lowe, and Ryan Ford ran the 4 x 400 and took 3rd while the 4 x 200 team of LaVoy, Herberg, Tomczak, and Jillian Bilben placed 4th.

Both track and field teams will be in Bemidji tomorrow for another indoor meet.
