International Falls at Virginia

The Bronco boys basketball team faced the Virginia Blue Devils on the road Friday night in a game heard on K104 and rjbroadcasting.com.  The first half was split into three parts as Virginia took a 15-8 lead before the Falls dominated the middle portion of the half by going on a 15-0 run and built a 28-19 lead.  Virginia then owned the last few minutes and took a 40-34 lead into the break.  The second half was all Blue Devils as they made 10 3-pointers and beat the Bronco boys 102-73.  Senior Jett Tomczak scored 43 points in the loss while Knute Boerger had 16.  Boerger, who did a great job of bringing the ball up the floor against the press, says he understands this a role he needs to do
