International Falls Broncos at Roseau

The area cross country teams competed in Roseau yesterday afternoon.  For the Bronco girls, Abbi Hutchinson with her second individual victory, this time in 21 minutes and 5 seconds.  Nora Sullivan placed 7^th, Loralei Ford 18^th, Jaleigh Carlson 22^nd, and Madalynn Saxton 27^th to round out the top 5 for a team score of 62 which placed third behind West Marshall and Warroad.  AnMarie Peterson from LOW/Indus placed 19^th.  For the Bronco boys, Christian Kostiuk took 18^th and Brendyn Scholler 29^th and were the only 2 varsity runners.  For the LOW/Indus boys, Yili Schiro finished in 5^th, Charlie Steinbach 8^th, and Daniel Sopkowiak 11^th.  In the junior high races, the Falls Lola Hall placed 4^th in the girls race and Camden Deedrick grabbed 3^rd in the boys race.  The cross country teams will be in Warroad on Monday.
