International Falls Invitational
Preview
The International Falls boys swimming and diving team hosted a 7-team invitational on Saturday. Duluth East won the team title with 408 points followed by Mesabi East with 280, Rock Ridge 264, Superior 242, and International Falls with 79. Top finishes for the Broncos:
Michael Sobkowicz: 2nd in Diving
Josh Wherley: 4th in the 100 Breaststroke
William Ginter: 7th in 100 Backstroke
Brendyn Scholler: 7th in 100 Free
The 200 Free Relay of Connor Tomczak, Wherley, Trygg Hemstad, and Scholler placed 6th while the 200 Medley Relay took 8th with William Ginter, Wherley, Wyatt Jantzen, and Hemstad swimming.
The Bronco boys swimming and diving team will be in Chisholm tomorrow afternoon.
