The Rainy River basketball teams returned to action after more than 2 weeks off for the holidays as they hosted Itasca.  The women got the evening started with a 74-62 win.  Arcadya Conway led the Voyageurs in scoring with 18 points and added 7 assists while B’jean Arvie had a double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds.  Head Coach Dieter Humbert talks about what the women were able to do in the second half to extend their 7 point halftime lead

Both Voyageur basketball teams will play on Saturday afternoon in Thief River Falls against Northland.
