Mesabi East at Littlefork-Big Falls

Mesabi East then traveled to Littlefork to take on the Vikings at 4:30. The Giants got their first five batters on base and they all scored to take a 5-0 lead. The Vikings answered back with runs by Margaret Larson and Donilee Heppner in the bottom of the inning to trail 5-2. Mesabi East would score at least one run in each inning except the 3rd as they defeated Littlefork-Big Falls 14-5. Margaret Larson led the Vikings as she went 3-3 with a walk and 3 runs scored and Donilee Heppner had a pair of hits. LBF hosts LOW tomorrow at 4:30.
