Despite a slow start the NCE-UH Titans picked up the pace to defeat the Mahnomen Waubun Thunderbirds 3-1 18-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-10.  The Thunderbirds got off to a good start in set one keeping the Titans off balance, but the Titans did a good job making adjustments in the next 3 sets thanks to some aggressive serving, well placed hits, and great defense.  The Thunderbirds struggled getting to some of the Titans hits, and also had issues with serve receive.  With the win NCE-UH ends the regular season at 11-9 while Mahnomen Waubun ends the regular season at 9-17.
