Northland CC at Rainy River MBB

The Rainy River men also played Northland on Saturday.  The two teams met a few weeks ago with the Voyageurs winning by 8 points.  It was a different story this time as Rainy River outscored the Pioneers by double figures in both halves as they won by a final of 73-44.  Faizon Francis led the Voyageurs with 13 points, Adam Kroeger had 12, and Antoine Vincent Genod 11 in the victory that keeps Rainy River undefeated in the North Division with an 8-0 record and 15-4 overall.  The men will host Vermilion on Wednesday at 6:00.
