Trey Hatfield scored scored a game high 32 points as Oak Grove defeated Northern Cass 72-54 Friday afternoon at Northern Cass.

The Grovers burst to a 17-6 first quarter lead, before Northern Cass fought back…going on a run to grab a 26-25 second quarter advantage.  Then Oak Grove rallied to take a 30-26 halftime lead.

The second half was all Oak Grove as the Grovers stretched their lead to ten after three quarters and went on to an 18 point victory.

Spencer Schumacher added 11 points for Oak Grove, with Jon Asche chipping in with ten.  The Grovers are now 11-8 on the year and 7-4 in Region 1.

Landon Moser had 22 points for Northern Cass, including four three-point baskets.  Isaac Johnson added 13 for the Jaguars…who are now 7-12 overall and 4-7 in Region 1.
