Rainy River SB at Fergus Falls Game 1

The Rainy River softball team was able to get one of their scheduled two games in yesterday despite the rainy weather in Florida as they opened the season with a 7-4 victory over Fergus Falls.  Jordan Cobb led Rainy by going 3-3 at the plate and a pair of RBI.  Valerie Sandoval, Arcadya Conway, and Kayla Townsend each had 2 hits.  Presley Frost was the winning pitcher as she struck out 6.  The Voyageurs will play a doubleheader today.
