The Rainy River women’s basketball team faced Northland on Saturday. The Pioneer women are currently ranked 5th in the nation and they showed they are worthy of that ranking with a 67-30 victory of the Voyageurs. Livonna Wallace led Rainy with 8 points. The women are now 6-8 on the season and will play at Itasca on Thursday.
