The Hankinson Pirates are heading to the Region 1 boys basketball semifinals for the first time since the 2017-18 season.

Hankinson erased a 8 point second half deficit in their 75-69 win over Oak Grove.

Raeshaun Earl scored 25 points, Cruz Hernandez added 19 points and Ruston Kath added 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Pirates.

Treyton Hatfield paced the Grovers with 37 points and 9 rebounds. Oak Grove ends the season 11-10 overall. Hankinson plays Central Cass in the Region 1 semifinals on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on Your Live Event.
